1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the ph17 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered through ph17.org (the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with ph17's Privacy Policy and any specific game rules or promotion terms published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

ph17 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to use the ph17 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or agent of ph17, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You have not previously been excluded from ph17 or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by ph17 or PAGCOR.

ph17 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money games on ph17, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by ph17 for identity verification purposes.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) ph17 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. ph17 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ph17 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balances held in those accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph17 login credentials, including your password and any one-time PIN (OTP) codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ph17 will never ask you for your password or OTP via any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be deemed to have been conducted by you, and you will be responsible for all such activity.

3.4 Account Information Updates

You must promptly notify ph17 of any changes to your registered information, including changes to your mobile number. Failure to maintain accurate account information may affect your ability to receive OTP verification codes and access your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph17 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted. ph17 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals of any kind. Credit card gambling deposits are not accepted in compliance with Philippine regulations.

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. ph17 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as specified on the Platform's cashier page and may be updated from time to time. Deposits are generally credited to your ph17 account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. ph17 targets GCash withdrawal processing within 30 seconds of approval, though processing times may vary depending on payment provider systems. ph17 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending satisfactory completion of such checks.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

ph17 is committed to compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. ph17 may request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions and is required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as mandated by law.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ph17 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms applicable to each promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the specific promotion terms and may not be available to all players or in all circumstances;
• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted;
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits are specified in each promotion's individual terms;
• ph17 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms;
• ph17 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom where it reasonably suspects abuse of the bonus system, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or exploitation of technical errors.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the ph17 Platform are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the game display and ph17's server records, the server records shall be deemed authoritative.

ph17's random number generator (RNG)-based games are independently certified for fairness by accredited testing laboratories. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are accurate and reflect certified game configurations. Live dealer games are streamed from audited studio environments and conducted by trained dealers in accordance with established game procedures.

ph17 does not guarantee that any player will win any particular amount or achieve any particular outcome. All game outcomes are determined by chance, and past results do not influence future outcomes. ph17 is not responsible for any losses incurred through gameplay.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph17 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of a third party;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such exploitation must be reported to ph17 immediately;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity;
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to your ph17 account;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph17 staff or other players through any communication channel.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph17 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the property of ph17 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the ph17 Platform without the prior written consent of ph17. Unauthorized use of ph17's intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph17 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if ph17 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ph17's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph17 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph17 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph17 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to internet connectivity beyond ph17's reasonable control.

10. Responsible Gaming

ph17 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account;
• Session Timers: Set time limits on individual gaming sessions;
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you are willing to lose within a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the ph17 Platform.

ph17 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where problem gambling behavior is identified, including but not limited to unusually large or frequent deposits, extended gaming sessions, or communications indicating distress. Such restrictions may be imposed without prior notice where ph17 considers it necessary to protect the player's welfare.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

ph17 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification;
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity;
• Suspected money laundering or violation of AMLA obligations;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by you;
• Failure to provide requested verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe;
• At ph17's sole discretion, for any other reason ph17 deems appropriate to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, ph17 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in your account. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification procedures.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. ph17 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to ph17's internal dispute resolution process. You may contact ph17 support to initiate a formal complaint. ph17 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavor to resolve it within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through ph17's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority. You agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that proceeds to formal legal proceedings.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ph17 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ph17 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the ph17 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.
